Ni-Fe Alloy Plating(Tough Alloy I)

The tough alloy (TAP I) has acquired popularity from the customer of not only Japan but many countries in the world.

As compared with nickel, twice (more than) as many tensile strength and hardness are obtained, and hardness is adjustable between Hv 250 to 550.

Furthermore, thick plating is also possible and the potential corrosion between layers is not generated for single phase plating, either. The process in the simplified automatic plating line also realized low-pricing.
